If there’s one thing that’s certain about Disney World, it’s that the parks are always changing!
Whether it’s construction on a new attraction or restaurant, exciting limited-edition treats to try, or the latest merchandise — something new is always around the corner. And today we’re back to check out what’s new in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
Hollywood Studios Food Updates
Backlot Express
It’s Pride Month and that means new treats in Disney World! We tried the Pride Cupcake from Backlot Express for $5.99.
We enjoyed the berry jam at the center of this cupcake, but overall it left much to be desired.
Woody’s Lunch Box
Talk about a fun treat! The Pride Lunch Box Tart from Woody’s Lunch Box is both Insta-worthy and delicious. We shouldn’t really be surprised — these lunch box tarts have usually impressed us in the past as well!
You can get this one for $4.29.
Rosie’s All-American Cafe
Over at Rosie’s, we tried the Pride Dome Cheesecake.
It was filled with delicious berry and white chocolate mousse — get it for $5.99.

We tried some new menu items over at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater! First up were the Sci-Fi Smoked Wings — smoked chicken wings tossed in a Porter Barbecue Sauce with a house-made pineapple poppyseed coleslaw for $15.
Next up, we tried the plant-based Spinach and Artichoke Dip.
This dish was $13 and was deliciously creamy and tasted really wonderful.

If you are heading to Disney World soon, keep in mind that valid Park Pass Reservations are still required in addition to park tickets — be sure to book yours ahead of your trip!
Don’t forget that beginning on June 8th, Disney Genie+ will no longer be available to purchase ahead of your trip and will instead be available to buy the day of your park visit in the My Disney Experience app. Disney Genie+ is the paid way to skip the standby lines at several popular rides throughout the parks via Lightning Lanes.

Pegi says
Beware of another menu change. The Cuban sandwich at Backlot now comes the a bag of virtually tasteless plantain chips replacing the French fries offered with most other sandwiches. French fries are now a $5 add on that we’ll skip next time. The change also happened to that sandwich at Spyglass grill.
