The holiday spirit is STRONG in Disney World. Holiday decorations are in the parks, Christmas trees are up, and holiday snacks have arrived.
Holidays at Hollywood Studios
It truly is the most wonderful time of the year! We’ve also seen a ton of holiday merchandise, but today, two NEW pairs of holiday EARS have turned up at the resort.
We previously saw these ears at Disneyland, but now they’re available in Disney World, too! They’re the green and red Minnie Mouse Christmas Ears with Pom. They are SO festive.
So cheerful!
Each ear is green with some small white pom poms lining the outside.

So here’s the thing! We found these ears for $34.99 in Disney World, but you can get them for $29.99 online — so save a few bucks by ordering online at shopDisney instead of buying them in the parks.

We also found the Santa Mickey Adjustable Ears. These are adjustable ears with a Santa hat!

These ears are also $34.99, and are currently not available online. We found both pairs of ears at Mickey’s of Hollywood in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. However, they may turn up at more stores at some point, so it might not hurt to check other shops and shopDisney regularly, especially if they’re cheaper online like the other pair!

You know when the holidays arrive I remember taking my children to see Santa and then we have lunch and finish our trip with a visit to the Disney Store there was one at Cherry Hill, NJ and another at Langhore, Pa. and if we wanted to another at Deptford, NJ and even as they got older we always made time to visit our Disney Store(s).
Now I have grandchildren and that tradition died because someone thought the stores outlived their usefulness. What a shame, decisions made not giving thought to their fans just the bottom line and 2 of those 3 stores were making their quota. But it didn’t matter. I still miss those Disney Stores every time I visit those malls. I hope a new president reverses the decision. A little Disney magic is better than none at all.
