This latest snack we picked up at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort was almost too pretty to eat! Check it out with us!

Disney hotels are a treasure trove of great meal options! Even the value resorts have some decent options — the food courts usually have anything you could ever want from burgers to chicken strips and even mermaid-themed cupcakes. So when we heard there was a new Moana-themed dessert making its debut at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, we knew we had to see if this one called to us.

Hopping over to Art of Animation, we’re trying the How Far I’ll Go Haupia Pie!

Of course, it would be Moana themed, right? This incredible Disney heroine has been popping up everywhere lately, from the Enchantment fireworks to her own scene in the reimagined Fantasmic, and even a new walk-through attraction in EPCOT. So let us introduce you to the How Far I’ll Go Haupia Pie! This delicious dessert is part of the list of treats coming to Disney World for Women’s History Month.

How Far I’ll Go Haupia Pie

This treat is rich chocolate coconut pie with a layer of coconut haupia custard topped with sweet cream and macadamia nuts. We thought this was a great treat for spring and summertime, with bright and tropical flavors. The custard only had a hint of coconut flavor, so even if you’re not a big coconut fan we think you could enjoy this. The chocolate part of this treat is very rich and almost has a pudding-like consistency.
