Disney's Popular Magic Happens Parade Is FINALLY BACK!

Disney may have stopped celebrating the 100th Anniversary, but that hasn’t stopped them from celebrating the magic of beloved stories.

The 100th Anniversary celebration brought us lots of new foods, merchandise, and platinum and purple. We also got to see the return of a very special parade. However, when the anniversary celebration ended so did the parade. But we’re excited to tell you that the Magic Happens parade is BACK in Disneyland!

The popular parade, Magic Happens, first debuted in 2020, but it disappeared. Then it was brought back to the park in 2023 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary. The parade celebrates “the awe-inspiring moments of magic that are at the heart of so many Disney stories.” You can see some of your favorite characters like Mickey, Minnie, Moana, Maui, princesses, and more!

In 2023, the parade disappeared again, but Disney shared on Instagram that it would be returning on February 2nd, 2024. And now, we have seen the reappearance of the upbeat parade!

We headed to Disneyland Park to catch the return premiere of the Magic Happens parade, and it was as good as ever! The music, dancing, and characters make this parade one of our favorites.

The whimsical parade celebrates magic each evening at 5:30 PM. You can catch it as it works its way through the park, or wait for it at your favorite viewing area, such as the central plaza.

If you love a parade with awesome music, exciting characters, and beautiful effects, you’ll have to catch this one before it disappears again! This parade has been known to come and go, so hurry to see it now.
