Like to play with your food? Come on, we know you do SOMETIMES! Well, you’ve come to the right festival review.
We’re live at the 2025 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. Let’s go to Deconstructed Dish to try some returning snacks and a bunch of NEW drinks!
Menu
Over at the Deconstructed Dish, you’ll find several fan-favorite dishes with a twist! The food items are all returning this year, but there is a new non-alcoholic beverage that we’re going to try out.

2025 menu
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
Eats
We were huge fans of this booth last year, so we’re excited to try it out again in 2025! Beginning with the Deconstructed BLT, it’s made with pork belly, soft poached egg, onion bread pudding, watercress espuma, and tomato jam for $7.25. The onion bread pudding was a new addition in 2023 and we’re glad to see it still a part of the dish!
As a surprise to no one, we really, really enjoyed this dish! The pork belly was nice and fatty, but then came apart easily once you got to the meatiest parts. This really is reminiscent of a BLT just deconstructed. The soft poached egg was gooey and jammy, and we can’t get over how good that onion bread pudding is — it’s so savory and herbaceous. The tomato jam is on the sweet side, but when you get a bite of everything mixed together this dish is a stunner.
The other food item on this menu is a dessert — it’s the Deconstructed Key Lime Pie. You can grab it for $6.50 and it’s made with Flexible Key Lime Curd, “Key Lime” Mousse, Graham Cracker Cake, and Meringues. The dish is also part of the food stroll called The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine! This has also been a hit for us at past festivals, so how did it hold up this year?
This is fantastic — it’s like they literally just took a key lime pie apart and put it on a plate. You’ve got the meringue, you’ve got the key lime tart piece, and the graham cracker crumbles. It’s just delicious and not too filling!
Drinks
In terms of drinks on this menu, we got Deconstructed Strawberry Mint Julep. This is a returning cocktail from last year’s festival. It is made with Frozen mint and simple syrup blended with strawberry purée for $4.75, or you can get it with Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon for $12.

Deconstructed Strawberry Mint Julep
We tried the nonalcoholic version and if you decide to do the same — don’t think of it as a mint julep. Just think of it as a minty strawberry smoothie. It was just a little weird to have a “mint julep” without an alcohol base to it. But, if you’re looking for a true mocktail taste, this one might be spot on for you.

Deconstructed Strawberry Mint Julep
Also offered on the menu is the Wicked Weed Brewing Blank Canvas Belgian Blonde Witbier for $5.75 or $9.75, depending on the size.
OVERALL
Once again, this booth was a hit for us this year. It’s just such an interesting, well-executed concept that really represents what this festival is all about — the art of FOOD! We will forever be fans of the BLT, and the Key Lime Pie continues to amaze us year after year. If you’re looking for classic dishes served in an “elevated” way, stop by Deconstructed Dish!
That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from!
