Disney foodies are in for a real treat in 2026!

While we’re eagerly waiting for finished theme park expansions and the reopening of improved beloved rides, our minds have quickly turned to Disney food. But we’re already having a big year, as Disney has confirmed several NEW restaurants opening at its theme parks across the globe. Let’s take a look at what’s in store!

There are both new and refurbished dining experiences coming to the Disney Parks in 2026. Let’s take a look!

Disney World

• Hurly-Burly: A new lounge called Hurly-Burly will welcome guests on Disney’s Boardwalk for “fun-filled afternoons and glamorous evenings inside a historic seaside theatre with a vibrant BoardWalk story that spans over a century” and is set to open on October 1, 2026! During the afternoon, there will be family-friendly activities like trivia and other games led by a host, but at night, it switches over to 21-and-over. It will become a live music venue where you can unwind with classic, coastal-inspired cocktails and tasty light bites, while enjoying a variety of musical entertainment that perfectly complements the BoardWalk’s other unique offerings.

Below are the new Disney World eateries that have already opened in 2026: 

• Six Ravens — Fans of Gideon’s Bakehouse will be especially excited to hear about a NEW restaurant that’s now open in Disney Springs: Six Ravens! Brought to you by the folks at Gideon’s Bakehouse, Six Ravens is located in The Landing, just a few doors down. The menu features all new offerings including hand pies that Six Ravens calls Coffyns — house-made yeast rolls complete with fillings created in partnership with other Central Florida chefs. Gideon’s owner Steve Lewis also shared that potatoes, local draft beer, and, “of course, some tasty desserts,” are featured on the menu.
• La Poutinerie: The spot previously known as Refreshment Port has become La Poutinerie, and it opened in EPCOT on July 1, 2026 (which just so happens to be Canada Day!). Located closest to the Canada Pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase, La Poutinerie is sponsored by Air Canada, and delivers “a Canadian classic with a twist.”
• LEVEL99: Located in Disney Springs‘ West Side, this new interactive and social entertainment experience is the first in Florida and and offers “real-world, challenge-based, social entertainment” for adults featuring physical and mental challenges set in artistic environments — kind of like a futuristic arcade. It also features a chef-crafted menu served from a central two-story bar featuring LEVEL99’s award-winning Detroit-style pizza! The location opened in full on June 29th, 2026.
• Kakigōri Kool: Kakigōri Kool by Morimoto Asia has come to Disney Springs! The new cart is located right outside the restaurant and serves up Japan’s beloved shaved ice dessert with fruity syrups and fun toppings, such as strawberry popping boba and fresh pineapple.
• Garden View Lounge: The Garden View Lounge at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort had been closed since the COVID-19 pandemic-related shutdown of Disney World; but the Garden View Lounge officially reopened on March 19th, 2026, debuting new touches from the Walt Disney Animation Studios film Alice in Wonderland! The Tea Experience presents a British-style Afternoon Tea package, complete with “whimsical touches.” Customed teas are paired with the Afternoon Tea Tower featuring savory and sweet delights.

• FØØD by Swedish Chef: Have you heard the news? Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets opened on May 26th, 2026 in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and FØØD by Swedish Chef opened right along with it! The beloved Swedish Chef has taken over the snack truck in the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster courtyard, so if you’re strolling by and suddenly hear “Bork, bork, bork,” you know who’s in the kitchen, serving up a menu of all-new snacks and sips. 

Disneyland

• Porto’s Bakery & Café: Construction on the new Porto’s started in late 2025 and will continue into 2026 (no official opening date has been released yet). Located in the spot formerly occupied by La Brea Bakery and Earl of Sandwich, this Downtown Disney restaurant is part of a franchise known for its pastries and California-Cuban-inspired dishes. Disney has confirmed that we can look forward to seeing Porto’s signature Cheese Rolls, Potato Balls, and more. This restaurant will offer sit-down table service, as well as a full bar.

• Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon: Currently being built in Downtown Disney, this new restaurant is on track to open in 2026. This classic steakhouse by Michelin Star Chef Joe Isidori will offer “prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, sandwiches and salads, and an impressive selection of bourbon and inventive cocktails.”

• Pearl’s Roadside BBQ: Chef Isidori is also bringing Pearl’s Roadside BBQ to Downtown Disney. Located next to Arthur & Sons, this quick-service restaurant is inspired by North Carolina cookouts and will serve pulled pork, beef brisket, and smoked heritage turkey, among other offerings. It will also feature an outdoor bar complete with craft beers and moonshine cocktails.

Below are the new Disneyland Resort eateries that have already opened in 2026: 

• Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby is brought to us by world-famous Chef Gordon Ramsay and the creators of Earl of Sandwich. In fact, the gastropub is located on TOP of the updated location for Earl of Sandwich. The menu is inspired by classic British fare, including Chef Ramsay’s famous Beef Wellington, fish and chips, and sticky toffee pudding.
• Happy Ice: Downtown Disney is now home to Happy Ice as of June 19th — it’s Los Angeles’ #1 premium Italian ice brand. These handcrafted frozen desserts are available at a colorful cart that you CAN’T MISS!
• Big Boi Lumpia Co.: Big Boi Lumpia Co. is a Los Angeles-based company that serves Filipino comfort food. A lumpia is a traditional Filipino and Indonesian spring roll that can be sweet or savory. They’re wrapped up in a thin pastry and are typically deep-fried. The lumpia are served with Big Boi’s “signature dipping sauces!”

Disneyland Paris

• Nordic Crowns Tavern: The World of Frozen at the newly-named Disney Adventure World features three new restaurants since it opened on March 29th, 2026. Nordic Crowns Tavern is a new quick-service restaurant open for both lunch and dinner. It features decor “that tells the story of the kingdom through galleries of paintings and royal artifacts.” You’ll get a customizable dining experience inspired by Nordic cuisine, and the menu features 16 possible combinations like mashed potatoes or quinoa, paired with proteins like grilled salmon or Nordic meatballs. The restaurant also serves up fun desserts like blue sorbet.

• Regal View Restaurant & Lounge: This is a new table-service that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a “refined atmosphere decorated with embroidered drapes, floral tapestries, delicate wood moldings,” and murals of your favorite Disney Princesses. It is a character dining experience where you can meet favorite princesses like Belle, Merida, Jasmine, Aurora, Mulan, and Ariel!

• La Terrasse Panoramique, Café Luminosity, and more: Additional cafés, terrace dining, chalets, kiosks, and carts are also open at the park and serve new eats like filled brioche rolls, stuffed potato waffles, and whimsical desserts inspired by Disney Princesses.
