Beginning as the Lake Buena Vista Shopping Village, the area has seen the addition of Pleasure Island, the Downtown Disney expansion, and its final transformation into the current upscale shopping area.

Gideon’s Bakehouse has opened a new restaurant in Disney Springs called Six Ravens, and it has opened to the public. While hours might be a bit finicky till they have their grand opening, we’re checking out the space and trying some new food, so come with us to see if you should add Six Ravens to your “must try” list in Disney World.
It’s finally happening! We feel like we’ve been waiting forever, but the time is finally here — one of the newest Disney Springs spots is FINALLY opening!

Six Ravens is the sister location of Gideon’s Bakehouse located in Disney Springs — they’re owned by the same company, but Six Ravens will focus more on savory options, such as the hand pies calls Coffyns, which are house made yeast rolls complete with fillings created in partnership with other Central Florida chefs. No official opening date has been announced…until now!

Here’s a look at SIX confirmed new restaurants and dining spots heading to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
Disney Springs has seen so many changes this year! First, it was Sprinkles Cupcakes, then Francesca’s, plus Shore and Johnston & Murphy all closed. Then, two new stores were announced with Cole Haan and Vuori, and the Ghirardelli location is moving. And somehow, that’s not even all of it – a brand-new restaurant is coming to Disney Springs!
