Who’s ready to build?
Heads up, LEGO fans, if you’re in the market for some new Disney builds, head over to Amazon ASAP. Currently, the E-tailer has several Disney sets on sale, some near 40% off! Are any of them for you?
I am an Orlando local who LOVES theme parks. In fact, it is one of the reasons that I moved to Orlando in the first place. While Disney World holds a super special place in my heart, there are way too many people who are sleeping on Universal Orlando.
I know, I know, this is the Disney Food Blog site, and Universal has nothing to do with Disney food. But hear me out, I really think you should add a day or two to check out Universal Orlando the next time you are visiting Disney World.
MagicBands can make your trip to Disney World a breeze!
They act as your park ticket, hotel room key, and credit card. Plus, the latest version of MagicBands, MagicBand+, are interactive! They light up and vibrate during stage shows, nighttime entertainment, and when you pass by certain things in the parks and around the resort, like the character statues throughout all four parks.
The only downside of these new MagicBands is that they need to be charged, and if you have multiple MagicBands that need to be charged at once, it can be hard to remember to switch each one to be charged once you return to your hotel room after a long day in the park. Well, we found the perfect solution to the charging problem on Amazon, and the best part? It is on sale!

Heading to Disney World over the holidays?
If you’re flying into Orlando and heading to the parks, you’ll need a plan to get to the resort from the airport! There are lots of options for doing this, including a ride share, renting a car, a taxi, or, what might be the most festive option, a ride on a Mears Connect bus. Book a spot on a Mears Connect bus and cross your fingers that you get the famous bus driver Jean Jean the Dancing Machine!

Disney World has changed so much over the years. If you ask, some would say for the better, while some are nostalgic for previous stages of the parks.

Magic Kingdom
One of the biggest shifts came from COVID-19 in 2020 when the parks were closed for an extended time. Since Disney World’s reopening after its historic closure, we’ve seen limited capacity come and go, park pass reservations get introduced, entertainment slowly coming back, and other changes. While most of the parks are operating as normal, one very popular thing is missing, and we want answers!
