After experiencing some delay, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is set to reopen on November 1st, 2020.

Much like most of the reopened Disney World resorts, Art of Animation will be hosting modified experiences and some limited amenities. In addition to the enhanced health and safety protocols, the main pool will be under refurbishment early next year. We learned during the update that Orange County, where Disneyland resides, is still in the red reopening tier, also known as “Substantial,” and will NOT advance to the Orange reopening tier at this time. Despite the lack of progress in Orange County, reporters continue to inquire on updates regarding theme park reopening guidelines, which are required in order for places like the Disneyland Resort to reopen.
