La Cava del Tequila
La Cava del Tequila is a fantastic spot over in EPCOT‘s Mexico Pavilion. It’s home to great drinks, and is easily one of the best hidden gems in the whole park. You’ve only got a few days to be able to snag this special drink to celebrate, so don’t wait!
We’ve seen some pretty big anniversaries celebrated in Disney World, just over the past decade, including the MASSIVE Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration (which went on FOREVER), as well as The Walt Disney Company’s 100th Anniversary Celebration. Let’s face it…Disney loves to celebrate, and there’s always a big party.

Well, another BIG Disney World anniversary is coming up soon. On October 1st, 2026, Disney World turns 55 years old, and we’ve already seen a sneak peek at what the 55th Anniversary logo will look like!
The long-awaited Walt Disney animatronic has made its long-awaited debut at Disneyland, but our readers are still somewhat split on the latest addition to the “Happiest Place on Earth.”

In 2024, Disney announced that a brand-new Walt Disney animatronic show would be coming to Disneyland. Running in the park’s Opera House (it will eventually share the space with a refurbished Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln), the show is described by Disney as a “cinematic journey tracing Walt’s life from his early endeavors to the bright lights of Los Angeles and beyond. The experience culminates with a visit to Walt’s office. Here, encounter Walt like never before: watch as he shares heartfelt stories, anecdotes and words of wisdom through the magic of the Audio-Animatronics storytelling he helped pioneer.” Walt Disney – A Magical Life is accompanied by an exhibit with artifacts from San Francisco’s Walt Disney Family Museum.
This is going to be a busy year for Disney World, in general, but a HUGE milestone is being celebrated in Disney Springs RIGHT NOW.

Yes, we know we just started a SERIOUS debate from the start on the left side vs. start on the right side crowd at EPCOT’s World Showcase. We’ll admit we generally go left to Mexico because we think that pavilion has some of the BEST drinks. Mostly, we also just love La Cava del Tequila, and now we have even MORE of a reason to head there first.
Today, March 31st, is the LAST DAY of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebrations!

These celebrations lasted for 18 months (!!) in the parks, and we got to see new snacks, nighttime shows, and everything in between. We were live from the first day of the event, which means we HAD to be live on the last day, so come with us!
