Recently, we got the news that one of the BEST tellings of Cinderella, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, would be coming to Disney+. Now, the star-studded cast has reunited to celebrate!

The tale of Cinderella has had a BUNCH of iterations. Sure, Disney’s Cinderella is certainly iconic, but the fandom garnered by Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella with Brandy and Whitney Houston is nothing to scoff at. Now, this fan-favorite film is going to get a WHOLE lot easier to watch!

We’ve noticed that throwing our hair up in a ponytail has helped us reduce the number of tangles we come home with and it’s helped us stay cool on particularly warm days park hopping! There are plenty of ways to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Disney classic, Cinderella!

Last year, we saw several new treats and snacks in the parks to celebrate the film, and since then, we’ve seen a lot of special merchandise! There were Loungefly bags, a collection from Her Universe, and multiple bags from Danielle Nicole. And even though the anniversary of the movie was last year, you can keep the celebration going with a set of Pandora charms in Disney World!
You can certainly admire the beauty of Cinderella Castle from the outside and you can even dine inside of the castle again at Cinderella’s Royal Table, but spending a night inside of the Cinderella Castle Suite is a whole other level of magic.

In the past, guests could win a night in the suite by donating to a good cause or mega fans could pay a hefty price to get a tour of this incredible spot, which has a bathroom so magnificent it got an honorable mention on our best bathrooms list! But, if you’ve never gotten the chance to step foot inside of this special location, now you can — virtually!
So maybe we already have a problem with collecting Disney mugs, tumblers, and glassware.

Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Dream
While we can’t hop on a Disney Cruise right this second, we’re getting excited about future adventures. We recently saw itineraries announced for Spring 2022, and we can’t wait to see more about one of the newest ships — the Disney Wish — which is still being built. Even though the construction of the latest ships has been delayed by the pandemic, during this morning’s Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Celebration, Disney shared a fun update about one upcoming addition to Disney Cruise Line. We now know what character statue will be featured in the main lobby of the Disney Wish!
