Now, we’re not the only ones with this idea, so we’re expecting a lot of people, so let’s check out what the crowds look like at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT for New Year’s Eve and the day before!
It is one of the busiest times of the year at Disney World! If you are heading to Disney World to celebrate the holidays or ring in the New Year, you won’t be the only ones. While it is definitely a magical time of year at Disney World, it is also VERY crowded. We aren’t telling you to cancel your trip, but we do want you to have the right expectations. Plus, a little bit of preparation and planning ahead can go a looonngg way as you navigate the holiday crowds.
Disney Springs crowds
As we begin the countdown to 2026, we have a bit of a warning if you are headed to Disney Springs. This shopping, dining, and entertainment district is always popular — especially during the holidays. Parking and admission are free, so it is a great spot to have some fun without buying tickets or paying for parking.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort
The holiday season in Disney World (which lasts from early November through early January) is one of the BUSIEST times of year to visit. Fans flock from all over the world to watch it snoap on Main Street, U.S.A., and to ogle at life-size gingerbread creations and 50-foot Christmas trees. It’s tradition! But there’s another tradition this time of year that people don’t tend to love…the parking crackdown!
Disney+ subscribers are about to have a FIELD day, and that’s saying something, since it seems like Disney is releasing new perks for subscribers nearly every week!

As we’re entering the heart of the holiday season, which includes the 12 days of Christmas, Disney looks like they’re going to be majorly rewarding Disney+ subscribers with TWELVE new perks! Here’s what we can look forward to.
Even though Orlando might of never had a white Christmas, nobody does the holidays better than Central Florida. Looking for hot chocolate? Have a frozen one. Ready to watch the snow fall? Meet “snoap,” our fake snow that’s made of soap and still flutters down from the sky. It might not get as cold as other states, but we take our holiday celebrations very seriously.

The holidays are underway!
That’s right, Disney World is getting into the holiday and Christmas spirit!
