One of our favorite things about new months in Disney Springs is that there are NEW items at select locations that you can only grab during that month!
Time for new treats!
Even though it’s chilly in January in Orlando, we’re not opposed to grabbing some sweet treats at Swirls on the Water, which is one of our favorite spots to grab frozen treats and Dole Whip in the shopping and dining district. There are THREE new treats to snag this month, and we’ve gotta say, they’re all pretty refreshing!
The holidays are around the corner, which can sometimes mean stress and high tensions when it comes to family gatherings, finding the perfect gift, and more. It can also mean seriously happy times and delicious sweets!

If you’re looking for spooky, Halloween vibes all year round, one of the best places to find them is at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. This bakery has a dimly lit interior with large, antique-looking bookcases and portraits of ghoulish (but also sort of adorable) characters. Oh, and did we mention the incredible giant cookies and decadent cake slices? Today, Disney+’s newest series dropped and it’s time to celebrate! If you’re looking for something as sweet as Baymax, we might have found it! This summer we keep asking for “s’more” desserts, and Disney Springs has really heard us.
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: you don’t need a park ticket to find some of the BEST snacks in Disney World! Between Disney’s hotel-exclusive foods and drinks (looking at you, Polynesian Resort) and a vast array of options at Disney Springs, there’s plenty to eat outside of the four Disney parks.

Every other week, a new petite cake is released at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs to celebrate a new episode. We’ve traveled with Wanda and Vision in cake form through the ’50s, ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s, and now we’ve reached another decade!

Disney Springs diners already have a lot to look forward to in the next few weeks: STK Orlando is serving up Valentine’s Day specials, and The Ganachery has some love-inspired treats.
