It’s Christmastime at Disney’s Polynesian Resort!

And this Disney World oasis is celebrating the holidays with special tropical-themed decorations, red Nutcracker Tiki Mugs, a TALL Christmas Tree Cupcake— and now, this special seasonal treat!
This has to be one of the tallest cupcakes we’ve seen in Disney World.

So, yes, there are a lot of really awesome Christmas trees around Disney World right now (check out the Christmas Tree Trail in Disney Springs to see a whole bunch of them!), but there are also some Christmas tree cupcakes! We just spotted a cute little tree cupcake in Animal Kingdom. Maybe the real trees inspired the pastry chefs? If so, then chefs at Polynesian Resort must have been inspired by a pretty tall tree because the new Christmas Tree Cupcake is sky high!
And the holiday cupcakes just keep on rollin’ in!

And while we love hangin’ around the Tree of Life holiday mural, Donald’s Dino-Bash (which has a holiday overlay!) and seeing Animal Kingdom’s unique Christmas decorations throughout all of its lands (including Pandora!) if you’re anything like us, it’s all about the Merry Menagerie puppets!

Over at Disney’s Boardwalk, the Boardwalk Bakery has been bringing us all kinds of festive goodies to celebrate the holidays, and today we’ve got a new one for ya!
When we heard Storybook Treats would be selling a Gingerbread Sundae during the Magic Kingdom‘s holiday celebration this year, we were standing by — spoons at the ready!

And while this sweet holiday snack certainly didn’t disappoint, (heck, it EVEN made our must-have Disney World holiday treats list!), here at DFB, we’re always trying to improve upon perfection! It’s just in our foodie DNA!

With the Christmas Tree Trail is open for business, we can’t think of a jollier way to spend the day — and now we’ve just spotted a new specialty holiday cocktail up on the rooftop!
This Downtown Disney sweet shop has been turning out some SERIOUSLY GOOD seasonal treats this year for the holidays!

And while Marceline’s Confectionery has already given us so many Christmas presents this year including the Santa Hamm Caramel Apple (we can’t even deal with how adorable this thing is!) and the Churro Marshmallow Wand (which has caused quite the confectionery commotion!), they’re bringing us another — the Mickey Snowman Caramel Apple!
As you may already know, we were front and center at the ribbon-cutting ceremony of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa’s Gingerbread House this morning!

And although Disney’s Grand Floridian’s Gingerbread House is SUPER magical in and of itself, we were truly enchanted by this special new holiday treat being sold inside its snack shop!
