It’s finally here!!!
Disney just announced the opening date for the new Pirates of the Caribbean-themed lounge coming to Magic Kingdom.
Disney World’s new pirate-themed lounge, The Beak and Barrel, is set to open soon! While we’re excited to experience this new swashbuckling experience, some things have us concerned.

Opening later this year in the Magic Kingdom Adventureland, this Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired lounge is described by Disney as a “rambunctious watering hole (that would) offer a welcoming haven for all pirate-kind, big and small, and everyone in between. Here, bandits and buccaneers-to-be from every corner of the seven seas are welcome to join together and raise a toast to the pirate life!”

Disney just opened the GEO-82 Lounge, and while it’s all sleek lines and grown-up vibes on the inside, you’ll probably walk right past the entrance if you don’t know what you’re looking for. This is EPCOT’s first adults-only lounge, and Disney did not phone this one in. GEO-82 is the park’s new Spaceship Earth-themed lounge that is only for guests 21+. We’ve been looking forward to checking it out all year long, and we just got a sneak peek at the new bites to eat and drinks you can grab!
We have been eagerly awaiting this moment ever since a new Spaceship Earth lounge was announced! It is finally time to step foot inside and explore everything GEO-82 has to offer.
