There is a LOT to look forward to in 2021 at Disney World and Disney parks across the globe!
From immersive new worlds to larger-than-life rides, the company is going ALL OUT for Disney World’s 50th anniversary! And now they’ve officially confirmed 2021 arrivals for some MAJOR projects, while curiously omitting a few others!
As always, Disney has plans to LOAD US UP with new movies next year. With everything from a new Pixar film to a FEW installations in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we have lots to look forward to in 2021.
But, with the global health crisis and Disney’s shift to streaming, some of these flicks are coming to Disney+. We’ll be watching some from our couches, some in the theaters, and we’ll have a choice with others. Here’s where you can see all the 2021 Disney movies!
Recently, Disney held its Investor Day conference and shared SO MUCH info about SO MANY new Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, Disney live-action, and Disney animated shows and movies, along with new Nat Geo content and updates on Hulu shows as well!

Basically, it was an entertainment OVERLOAD. And while some of the new things announced will premiere in theaters, MOST of the announcements related to shows and movies of all kinds coming to Disney+. It was a LOT. So, today we’re breaking it down for you and sharing ALL (yes, ALL) of the shows and movies discussed during Investor Day that are coming soon to Disney+!
Last week’s Walt Disney Company virtual Investors Day was a whirlwind of information, and honestly, we’re still processing everything we heard!
We got news from the studios of Star Wars, Marvel, Disney, Pixar, and National Geographic, not to mention updates on streaming for Hulu and Star. It was A LOT to take in, but we’re breaking down the 5 BIGGEST news bombs of the night — the things that shocked and surprised us the most!
Thursday was a whirlwind of Disney, Marvel, and Star Wars news!
During the Disney Investor Day webcast, we learned about a ton of new TV shows and movies, but more importantly, we learned the release dates of some highly-anticipated TV shows and movies!
During yesterday’s Investor Day conference, Disney shared details about SO many upcoming projects, including Star Wars shows, animated series featuring some of our favorite Disney princesses, and more!

Marvel’s Kevin Feige also gave fans some HUGE info about upcoming Marvel shows and movies, and we got to see trailers and clips from lots of upcoming projects. Today, we’re sharing all of those clips with you!
We have gotten a TON of Marvel news today at Disney’s Investor Day presentation!
Marvel fans were treated to a new Loki trailer, a The Falcon and the Winter Soldier release date, and the news that FOUR more Marvel original series are in the works! But amidst all the good news, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige paused to honor the late Chadwick Boseman.
This is a very exciting day for Marvel fans!
Among the new Marvel content coming to Disney+ includes a BUNCH of new series, holiday specials, and more! It was recently announced that the new series, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, will be coming to Disney+ on March 19th!
If you’ve been following along with Disney Investor Day 2020, the amount of new TV shows and movies, both in theater and on Disney+, may seem TOTALLY mind-boggling.
Let’s see…What have we learned about today so far? A Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, a Buzz Lightyear origin story film, a NEW Pixar film Turning Red, a Moana TV series, a live-action reimagining of Pinocchio, a handful of new Star Wars TV series, and Walt Disney Animation Studio’s 60th film, Encanto!
And, honestly, that’s just some of what’s coming into our lives in the coming years, which also include a slate of Marvel content like Wandavision and Loki.
PHEW! You’re not just imagining that there’s a ton of Disney content coming. In fact, during the Disney Investor Day call, they announced Disney plans to release 100-plus new titles for the year! And that’s JUST on Disney+! That’s a LOT of stuff, so prepare for binge-watching!
Of course, there are so many things we DO know about, but there are plenty of things we don’t. And the second we find out about new Disney, Pixar, or Marvel titles, we’ll be SURE to let you know!
