Regardless of how you feel about the grand opening of CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza at EPCOT in Disney World, reactions around the internet have been less-than-stellar. It could be argued that Disney’s biggest mistake was opening a festival hub without an actual festival to celebrate. While we wait for the 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival later this year, CommuniCore Hall is basically just an empty space with chairs, tables, and some banners — and the internet has been RUTHLESS!

We’ve been to Disneyland for Season of the Force and Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite. We’ve also been checking out some Star Wars-themed food that’s been dropping in both Disney World and Disneyland (keep checking back for reviews). FAKE Disney Twitter Account Suspended After Receiving Gold Checkmark

Disney found itself in the middle of some serious Twitter drama recently.

You may be well aware of the battles that have been going on with the Twitter platform when it comes to Twitter Blue and that signature blue checkmark. But another change hit Twitter previously regarding “official” business accounts through “Twitter Verified Organizations.” Instead of an “official” label, businesses now get a gold checkmark. Recently, one account that appeared to be related to Disney Junior got a gold checkmark and some drama ensued.
