The day keeps getting better for Disney+ subscribers! Earlier, we reported that the release month for season 2 of The Mandalorian had been revealed.
At the company’s quarterly earnings call yesterday, Disney announced the release months for two other Disney+ original series making their super-heroic landing in 2020.
During the call, CEO Bob Iger revealed the release months of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and WandaVision, two Marvel series that are coming to Disney+. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will debut in August of 2020, while WandaVision will launch in December of 2020.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will pick up after Avengers: Endgame and follow the two heroes on a mission around the globe as they face off against Zemo. WandaVision crosses classic sitcom style with super-heroes in a world where Scarlet Witch and Vision lead an ideal, suburban life…or do they?
That’s not all that’s coming down the pipe for Marvel shows on Disney+, as we know that series are being developed for Loki and Hawkeye. With the announcement of these release months, 2020 just got a lot more interesting if you’re a fan of the MCU.
