One place that I never tire of is Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Epcot’s Norway Pavilion.
This charming spot, located to the left as you make your way back through the pavilion, is home to wonderful surprises. You all know my passionate love for the not-too-sweet, just-perfect schoolbread!
But it’s just the beginning of the awesome you’ll find in this tiny bakery. With rice cream, the traditional lefse (OK, I don’t think it’s that awesome, but a lot of you do!), and jam-filled waffles, there’s no shortage of fabulous desserts.
And wait! We can’t forget the crazy cute new Viking mousse, or the Aquavit shots (woah Nellie!)!
