Are you ready to dribble up and down the court at the newest Disney Springs location? I know we’re excited to see what it’s all about. And we have some exciting news for those of you who cannot be there on opening day! Disney is actually going to live stream the big event!
The openings for both the Disney World Skyliner Gondola System and Disney’s Riviera Resort are quickly approaching.

And today, Disney Vacation Club released a video that gives a glimpse into the creation of both the resort and the new Skyliner.
opens in Hollywood Studios on August 29th (!!!) and it seems that Disney World is gearing up for the opening!
Oga’s Cantina in Disney World
Yesterday, we told you that advance reservations for Oga’s Cantina, Savi’s, and Droid Depot are available to book, and now we have even MORE news to share. Additional menu details have been released for Oga’s Cantina!
When the Disney Skyliner Gondola System becomes operational for the public on September 29, 2019 (see the announcement here!), it begins a new phase of transportation (and views!) in Walt Disney World. We’ve learned a lot about the Skyliner since the system’s announcement in 2017 (like how it’s designed to keep riders cool!); but now that all the pieces are essentially in place, guests have a TON of questions before they take their first flights on the new transportation system.

August 29th is just around the corner! Which means so is the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Can you believe it?

In preparation for the opening, Disney has opened advance reservations for Oga’s Cantina, Savi’s Workshop, and Droid Depot. Another thing that Disney is doing to prepare (and to possibly help with crowd control) is offering two daily showings of Fantasmic!
