Greeting, friends! We’re on our way to Magic Kingdom for the day!
We spent the day traveling from Adventureland to Tomorrowland and everywhere in between during our latest visit to Disney World’s Magic Kingdom!
Of course, you can’t get to any of those lands without first setting foot on Main Street, U.S.A. (where folks are sporting a brand new look, if you didn’t know!). So join us, won’t you, as we walk “right down the middle” towards Cinderella Castle and begin to check out everything NEW in the Magic Kingdom! [Read more…]
As you may very well know, Disney World is temporarily closed. This comes as a crazy time as Disney was gearing up for their BIG 50th anniversary. In celebration of this monumental time in Disney’s history, Disney has announced and begun work on many new attractions, restaurants, and even a hotel. Most of these were set to open BEFORE October 2021. But during this closure, it has been revealed that in-park construction projects are currently at a standstill.
Now, this has many of our readers wondering if Disney World and all of the projects scheduled to open before the 50th will be ready in time. We’re doing our best to put your minds at ease and to give you all of the information that we have, so let’s check out the possible outcomes.
In true Walt spirit, Disney World just keeps moving forward! And we thought there was a lot of construction LAST month! Boy, we didn’t know what we were in for!
With much of Future World closed and blocked off, Epcot is certainly embracing its “work-in-progress” status — and Epcot isn’t the only park either. There’s significant construction all over the parks right now. After all, Disney World has to look its best for the 50th Anniversary next year! We’re taking a look at some NEW permits Disney has been filing to clue us in on what to expect next!
Welcome back, DFB friends! We’re here with another What’s New at Magic Kingdom!
And, we’ve got PLENTY of merchandise, food, and construction updates for you, so let’s dive right on in!
With the recent (and crazy!) opening of Rise of the Resistance in Hollywood Studios behind us, we can now start looking forward to all the NEW attractions coming to Disney World over the next few years.
There are a few BIG attractions on the horizon that we can’t wait to experience! Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! will bring the first roller coaster to Epcot; and over in Magic Kingdom, we are anxiously awaiting the opening of TRON Lightcycle Run! But with each new ride opening comes the big question:
How will these new experiences change the landscape of FastPass+?
We’re waving goodbye to the holidays in Disney World, so what’s next?
We took a trip around Magic Kingdom to see what’s going on in the aftermath of the Christmas season. We spotted a bunch of new stuff swooping in in the post-holiday lull, but there are some Christmas items still clinging on too! Check out everything new in Magic Kingdom today in food, construction, and merchandise!
