The 2018 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival kicks off on March 2, 2018! And though we are still eagerly awaiting menus for the thirteen Food Booths that will celebrate California cuisine, we have received word confirming four of the upcoming Food Booths (including some of their menu items)!
I Heart Artichokes
The I Heart Artichokes Booth will return for the 2018 Festival!
And we can tell you that it will be serving at least two dishes from last year: the Fried Artichoke Carbonara with garlic aioli and smoked bacon and the Artichoke Cake Pop with dark chocolate and pistachios!
Last year’s Lemon Grove Booth will be refreshed as the Citrus Grove Booth.
But we are happy to say that the Meyer Lemon Macaron with blueberry marmalade, Meyer lemon cream, and blueberry dust will return!
Nuts About Cheese
will also be back, still featuring “wine’s best friends”!
Look for the Goat Cheese Tartine to be topped with honey and pistachios this year.
And with it, so will the Chicken Teriyaki Slider with spicy Dole pineapple jam!
The Korean Barbecue Beef Short Rib Tacos with kimchi will be there, too!
