Many fans consider Disney World “The Most Magical Place on Earth.” We think that’s in large part due to wonderful Cast Members in the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs.
Smiling Cast Members at Amorette’s Patisserie
In honor of Cast Member Appreciation Days from July 18th through July 21st, Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs is serving up a Cast Member-Exclusive Mousse!
This chocolate chiffon cake is filled with Bailey’s mousse, salted caramel, and crispy dark chocolate pearls. The outside is covered in a glittery blue fondant, ring of pink fondant, a fondant Cast Member nametag, and topped with two circular chocolate ears.

Out of all the mousses we’ve had at Amorette’s so far — yes, even that incredible Blood Orange Mousse — this is the best we’ve had yet! The Bailey’s mousse was heavenly and extremely fresh. The chocolate was super creamy. The salted caramel flavor was faint, but we could still taste a hint of it throughout each bite.

We only wished there had been more of the chiffon cake layer because it was delightfully light compared to the rich mousse. Since the cake and mousse were both extremely soft, the crispy chocolate pearls balanced the texture with a well-needed crunch.

Unfortunately, the adorable chocolate ear on top of the mousse melted in the Florida heat. We definitely recommend enjoying this dessert inside, if at all possible!
