The Disney’s Saratoga Springs counter-service spot, Artist’s Palette, is serving a totally YUMMY Milk & Cookies Cupcake. While this cupcake isn’t new, we’re on the mission to try EVERY cupcake in Disney World, so we thought we’d give it a try.
Topped with a super soft chocolate chip cookie, this baby is priced at $5.99. Annnnd there’s a mega yummy surprise on the inside.
