The Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival has officially begun!
We’re enjoying all of the topiaries, gardens, merchandise, and (of course) delicious eats there. But, we can’t forget about all of the live Festival entertainment! From Mariachi Cobre to Voices of Liberty, we checked them all out today. Get a peek at the performances and other things you’ll get to enjoy during the Festival.
Jammin’ Gardeners
First, we’ll head over to the Canada Mill Stage. That’s where you’ll find the Jammin’ Gardeners. The JAMMitors have exchanged their kitchen gear from the Festival of the Arts for some gardening tools to make music!
We had a great time jammin’ out with these gardeners as they played their fun tunes.

It’s pretty hard not to tap your feet or clap along!
Voices of Liberty
Over at the America Gardens Theatre, you’ll find the Voices of Liberty.
During the Festival of the Arts, they performed a set called “The Disney Songbook.” But, during the Flower & Garden Festival, the group is performing songs “celebrating America’s spirit and beauty.”
It’s different than seeing them in the American Adventure Rotunda for sure. But, we’re just happy to see them performing in EPCOT.

Mariachi Cobre
Mariachi Cobre is also performing at the festival this year in the America Gardens Theatre.
The group performs “world-famous, traditional folk music.”

Pianist
Looking for live entertainment AND air conditioning? Then you’ll want to head over to World Showplace. This is the building located between the Canada and United Kingdom pavilions. In World Showplace, a pianist plays “songs of the season.”
While we were there, the pianist played a few songs. It was beautiful and so relaxing.
So, pull up a chair, grab a snack or two, and take the time to truly enjoy this fantastic performer.
Concerts
We didn’t get the chance to see them today, as they’ll only be playing on weekends. But, we did want to mention that a NEW concert series is coming to the Flower & Garden Festival this year! On Friday-Monday, local bands will perform at the America Gardens Theater. The bands will play all kinds of different music including pop, Motown/R&B, ’80s Pop, Latin, and more.
We typically get to listen to the Garden Rocks concert series during the Flower & Garden Festival, but this new concert series will replace the Garden Rocks this year. When we get the chance to check out these new performers, we’ll bring you more updates! For now, we have a list of the bands playing at this year’s festival!
You can see the FULL list of performers here.
Butterfly Garden
Aside from those performances, there are also lots of activities to participate in or other things to see. One of those things is the Butterfly Garden! The Goodness Garden Butterfly House is located in Future World.
Inside, you’ll find all kinds of beautiful butterflies, caterpillars in cocoons, and gorgeous plants and flowers.
You’ll also get to learn a bit more about the butterflies and just take a bit of a break from the hustle and bustle of the park.
It’s a beautiful spot to take some pretty awesome butterfly photos and just enjoy.
Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration
This year, Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration is available once again! Never heard of the Pollen-National Exploration? Well, this scavenger hunt is one for the whole family to enjoy.
To participate, you’ll need to grab a map and stickers for $7.99 plus tax. Then, you’ll “follow Spike the Bee on his pollination trail,” and complete the map with the right stickers in each spot.
Once you finish it, you can return it to Disney Traders or World Traveler for a special prize!
Egg-stravaganza Scavenger Hunt
Also returning this year is the Egg-stravaganza Scavenger Hunt. In this activity, you’ll hunt for decorative eggs all around EPCOT that are inspired by some of your favorite Disney characters. You can purchase a map at select merchandise locations for $7.99 plus tax.
Once you complete the map by placing the stickers of the eggs in the right spots, you can return the map to certain locations for a special prize! This activity won’t be available until March 19th though. So, we didn’t get to experience it today, but we wanted to remind you that it will be available soon!
And that’s your peek at the entertainment you can enjoy during the Flower & Garden Festival! Stay tuned to DFB for more updates from us on ALL the food, merchandise, and more from this Festival.
