Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is coming back to Magic Kingdom this year, and we’re getting ready!
We’ve already gotten a look at ALL of the things that will be coming back (including the Boo-To-You Parade, Halloween fireworks, and more). But just how much will tickets for the Party set you back? Let’s take a look!
Disney has released the FULL list of dates and prices for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The event will take place on select nights from August 12th through October 31st, 2022.
Prices range from $109-$199.
Here’s a full list of dates and prices for the event for August…
…September…
…and October.
Disney notes that Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket (valid for select event nights).
The cheapest event dates are in August (except for the opening date) and early September. Prices then go up from there, with the most expensive date being October 31st — Halloween night!
This is actually a pretty significant difference in price compared to last year’s Disney After Hours Boo Bash. Tickets for Boo Bash ranged from $129-$199. Its starting price was well above the starting price for Not-So-Scary, and Boo Bash didn’t offer anything in the $109-$119 range as Not-So-Scary does.
If you’re hoping to go to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year, you probably won’t be alone. Many fans have awaited the return of this much beloved event, so we expect things could sell out fast.
Tickets go on sale for all guests on May 18th, 2022. If you’re a guest at a Disney World Resort hotel, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, or Shades of Green, however, you’ll be able to make that purchase as early as May 12th, 2022.
We’ll be sure to keep an eye out for more details about this event and we’ll let you know what we find.

Prices for AP and DVC?
Yes when can I purchase them.
Hi Pat! Tickets for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party go on sale May 18th! 🙂
What are the dates for AP and DVC discounts?
AP and DVC usually only got a $5 discount before. I wouldn’t expect anything more these days. Unbelievable! I remember that less than ten years ago, it used to be around $99 for adults.
Is buying a ticket for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Party like buying a park ticket but for night time? or I have to buy a regular ticket for Magic Kingdom as well? I will still have to make a reservation for that day, either way right?
What time of day will tickets go on sale on may 12th? I just need to know what time to call to try to purchase!
Hi Deb! If you plan to visit Magic Kingdom before 7pm and do not have a Halloween party ticket, you will need a reservation. If you are buying the Halloween party ticket, you will be able to enter the park at 4pm without a park reservation and stay for the duration of the party, which is 7pm-Midnight. The Halloween party is a separate ticketed event.
Remember when tickets for annual pass holders was $79 for August? That won’t be happening anymore.
We are coming over from UK in September for 2 weeks and already have our 14 day tickets and park reservations. One is for Magic Kingdom on the 5th. Does that mean we will have to leave the park before 7 if we don’t have the Halloween party tickets ? If so I’ll probably swap out for another day.
Hi George! You are correct. Magic Kingdom does close early on Halloween party nights and Cast Members start checking wristbands.
If I’m not wrong Disney buses are still running 1 hour after park closes. Is this the same case for these events? Since they finish at 12am would there be buses taking people back to hotels? or is it better to take your own car?
Hi Deb! The buses will still run an hour after the party ends. 🙂
I’ve been trying to purchase tickets all day – the website just keeps sending me round in circles and I was on hold for over an hour when trying to ring the number given. BOO! indeed
)Anyone else have the same problem? I’m in England (that’s not the problem!!! Ha has
