Mickey’s Toontown has been reimagined and is reopening soon in Disneyland Park!

The updated space will have new play experiences, reimagined rides, exciting character meet-and-greets, and so much more. And if you’re looking to snack on something special, it looks like Mickey’s Toontown will have you covered!

According to Scott Gustin (with information shared via Twitter), 3 UNIQUE snacks will be available to purchase in Mickey’s Toontown when the reimagined area of the park reopens. It is set to reopen on March 19th. These are snacks that you might have seen but never imagined would become reality. They’re actually some of the snacks featured within the queue for Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway in Disneyland!

Concession Snacks

Within the queue, you’ll find a concession stand absolutely full of hilarious gags and references to other Disney movies and shorts. And now you’ll be able to buy some of these props…for real!

When Mickey’s Toontown reopens, Power Limes sour straws will be available for purchase! In case you don’t get the joke, these are a reference to the Powerline pop star from A Goofy Movie.

Next up, Gustin reports that Golly Pops will also be available for purchase. These have a few “signature” Disney character phrases on them like “Gawrsh” (a Goofy staple), “Hot Dog” (which all too many people will recognize as the central phrase in the Hot Dog Dance on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse), and “Oh Boy” (a popular phrase from Mickey!).

Finally, according to Gustin, McDuck’s Chocolate Coins (back left in the photo below) will also be available to purchase. This is a reference to Scrooge McDuck and his oh-so-incredible bin full of money!

So if you’re looking for a really unique way to celebrate the reopening of Mickey’s Toontown and your love of Disney movie references, and you want a unique souvenir — keep an eye out for these! Gustin indicated that they would be “available to purchase” so we expect they’ll be “real,” edible snacks.
