Do you love Disneyland nighttime shows? Does the new 100th anniversary-themed Wondrous Journeys fireworks show make you tear up every time?
Do you LOVE Disney California Adventure’s World of Color — One? Well, you might soon get a chance to see THAT show from the most unique perspective EVER.
World of Color — One takes place in Paradise Gardens Park in California Adventure. The show pays tribute to Disney’s 100th anniversary by using water, fountains, special lighting, and other effects to celebrate Disney’s movies and characters.
During the show, several rides, including Incredicoaster, Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind, and Jumpin Jellyfish, are usually closed, although the Incredicoaster is basically part of the backdrop of the show.
However, according to The Orange County Register, these attractions may soon remain open to the show, which will not only provide new energy to the show itself but also give visitors a chance to see the World of Color — One show in a completely new way.
Not only will this add a NEW effect to the nightly show, but it could give guests a new way to watch it from a different perspective. Guests can also access a reserved area for viewing by accessing the show’s virtual queue or by booking a World of Color – ONE dining package or World of Color – ONE Dessert Party.
However, Orange County Register notes that fire effects are still suspended from World of Color — One after a prop caught fire during a performance of Fantasmic! in Disneyland. World of Color — One shows are currently held nightly at 9PM and 10:15PM. However, showtimes can change, so be sure to check the Disneyland website or Disneyland app for the most updated showtimes.
