There is so much happening at Disneyland Resort!

Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland
The original Disney park is turning 70 this year, there are new shows and characters coming, and now, even Downtown Disney is getting in on the fun! Disney just announced several new restaurants coming to the shopping and dining district, so let’s check them out.
Is anyone else feeling hungry? Luckily, there are a few new spots coming to Downtown Disney soon for us to enjoy, and we are pumped! First off, Bopo Go! is coming to the shopping and dining district.

This is a new cafe concept that has been created for Downtown Disney specifically! Eric Wang and Philip Wang, co-owners of Bopomofo Cafe, created the new cafe to serve “high-quality, authentic boba and bubble tea” using no artificial ingredients! The tea will be sourced from farmers in Taiwan, and the matcha will be ceremonial grade from Japan. In addition to the drinks, this spot will have light bites, imported snacks, and candies. Next up, we got a sneak peek inside a previously announced restaurant!

Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon will serve up “premium cuts of beef, fresh seafood, sandwiches and salads,” plus bourbon and cocktails in this new restaurant. There will be a bar that is a prominent part of the interior, with warm tables and plush booths in the restaurant. The restaurant is in the works from Michelin-starred Chef Joe Isidori, who is also creating Pearl’s Roadside BBQ!

Pearl’s Roadside BBQ is a quick-service restaurant coming to Downtown Disney based on modern barbeque inspired by North Carolina cookouts. This spot will have pulled pork, beef brisket, and smoked turkey with house-made sauces. You can also grab a craft beer and moonshine cocktails at the quick service.

Downtown Disney
The quick service will also have a patio for dining and a Shine Bar for views of the shopping and dining district while you enjoy the food and drinks. We can’t wait to see Downtown Disney expand again, especially after the recent additions like Parkside Market have been a big hit with us.
