If you’re craving Thanksgiving flavors but don’t have a reservation for Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom, then we’ve got a solution for you! Yes, the fall cuisine served at this 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival booth is all about warm, hearty ingredients and seasonal spices that evoke comfort and nostalgia.

Milled & Mulled
The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you; we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to one spot in particular — the Milled and Mulled booth — to give you the FULL scoop! While the summer heat lingers at Walt Disney World, the cuisine at Milled and Mulled sets expectations for what fall “should” feel like.
Menu
Over at the Milled and Mulled booth (which debuted in 2024), you’ll find a variety of available items. Let’s dive into these returning menu items (including favorites such as Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque and Freshly Baked Carrot Cake) that capture the essence of autumn.
The beverage menu is short but sweet, and features one returning cider and something new! You can grab the returning 3 Daughters Brewing Apple Strudel Hard Cider and the new Southern Tier Brewing Company Sweater Weather Vanilla Toffee Amber Ale.
While all of these eats and sips are returning items, we aren’t sad about it!
Does Milled and Mulled help us forget that the real feel temperature is over 100? Not so much. However, this booth KNOWS fall, and we are absolutely HERE FOR IT…
Eats
Are we really recommending a SOUP in this humid weather? Yes, we are. This was BEST of the FEST in 2025, despite our initial reluctance to dig into a dish usually served at a cozy fall dinner. During our 2025 visit, the mostly savory (and a little bit sweet) Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque was creamy with nice, crunchy pumpkin seeds! Coming in at $5.49 (that’s a penny less than last year), this soup is garnished with cinnamon cream, toasted pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin seed oil. We will be honest: our reporter went in hesitant for this dish; however, it changed her mind fast!

Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque
This soup is a “flavor explosion,” as our reporter noted. It’s basically like fall in soup form. This is great to have when it’s also cooler outside. The pumpkin and the squash blend so well together, and the pumpkin seeds add great texture to it. This is not a mild flavor, but in a great way. This made our Best of the Fest list!

The Freshly Baked Carrot Cake with walnuts and cream cheese icing has had a few different homes at the Food and Wine Festival. No matter where it lands, it usually winds up on our Best of the Fest list, and we’re glad to see it at Milled and Mulled this year for only $4.99 (last year we paid $5.50!) Did it end up as a Best of the Fest recommendation this year? SPOILER: Yes.

Freshly Baked Carrot Cake
This carrot cake is so moist. We thought it had the perfect amount of walnuts and carrot pieces inside of the cake. Not so much that it affects the texture too much. For anyone who really enjoys carrot cake, this has got to be a must-do. The thing that knocks this one out of the park is that the glaze over the top is perfectly sweet, and the carrot cake itself doesn’t have an overwhelming amount of sweetness.

Look at the glaze!
And we’re not surprised that the Carrot Cake is a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item!

Delicious!
The Apple‑Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae debuted in 2025, bringing together cozy autumn flavors with cool, creamy vanilla bean gelato for $5.29 (only an increase of four cents from last year). It’s a kid‑friendly treat with a generous portion size — absolutely shareable if you’ve got more than one kiddo in tow. The churros were crispy, and we’re a big fan of the apple in this dish!

Apple‑Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae
The caramel and the apple go really well together. There is a good portion of ice cream, but fair warning — it does melt fast! This might be a great dish to grab as the weather gets cooler in Florida so you can take time to enjoy it.

Drinks
In terms of drinks on this menu, the perfect pairing for your autumn dishes at Milled and Mulled is, naturally, hard cider — and 3 Daughters Brewing Apple Strudel Hard Cider fits the vibe beautifully. It’s priced at $6.00 ($5.75 in 2025) for a 6‑ounce pour, and $9.75 for a 12‑ounce pour. This cider leaned into cozy fall flavors, with clear notes of baked apple and cinnamon. It was light, easy to sip, and skewed sweeter, balanced by a gentle acidity. Altogether, in 2025, it was the kind of drink that instantly put us in an autumn state of mind.
You can also grab the new Southern Tier Brewing Company Sweater Weather Vanilla Toffee Amber Ale at $6.00 for a 6 oz pour or $9.75 for a 12 oz pour.
OVERALL
Milled and Mulled brings back its 2025 lineup, and while repeat menus can sometimes feel uninspired, this booth leans into its strengths with confidence. Every returning favorite — from the cozy soup to the indulgent desserts — still delivers those standout fall flavors guests loved. Pair it all with a hard cider, and you’ve got the makings of a reliably popular stop at the festival.

Full Spread!
This booth brings warmth and comfort to this festival. The Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque and the Carrot Cake really shine here! Both will have us coming back to visit this booth again this year. The Apple‑Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae is a great option for a shareable dessert for kids or adults. While it didn’t wow us like the other two dishes, we would get it again.
While that’s a wrap for the Milled and Mulled booth, there’s a LOT more where that came from!
