Hey, guys! We’re back with another DFB Video today, and we’re recapping ALL the news you may have missed from the theme parks this week! And there’s a LOT of news!
Universal
The BIG news this week is that Universal Orlando has reopened with new health and safety protocols! And we were there LIVE reporting from opening day.
It’s no secret that phones are pretty pricey, and we’re always looking for new ways to keep our phones safe without sacrificing on style. And we don’t have to spell it out for you, Disney usually has some ADORABLE phone cases!
Luckily for us, a new D-Tech phone case allows us to secure our devices while still looking cute!
There are a LOT of reasons we can’t wait to visit the Walt Disney World theme parks again when they reopen on July 11th. In addition to all the rides and treats, we’ve even been missing the little things, like rocking our MagicBands!

While there is NO shortage of fun MagicBand colors and styles, right before the parks reopen, there’s a royally GORGEOUS new shade on the block!
Just moments ago we reported that Amorette’s Patisserie had officially reopened in Disney Springs!

And while they only have a limited menu right now (they hope to be fully operational by Sunday), we noticed they’ve made few price increases on some of their alcoholic beverages!
During our stroll through the Town Center of Disney Springs today, we paid a visit to the newly reopened Kate Spade New York!

We’ve been eating our way around all the newly reopened restaurants at Disney Springs. Now it’s time to take a trip over to Disney Springs’ local observatory, Planet Hollywood to see how the food has fared since reopening.

While we’ve already taken you with us to Terralina Crafted Italian, Morimoto Asia, The Polite Pig, and more, we’re heading back to Flavortown to see if the food is a hit or miss.
While some Disney-owned businesses have reopened at Disney Springs including The Daily Poutine, B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co., and more recently Once Upon a Toy, we can now add Amorette’s Patisserie to the list!
