is a southern Italian-inspired table service restaurant in the Edison Complex in Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs. Officially open to guests in January of this year, it’s the new kid on the block, but it’s making a lot of noise with its classy theming and solid eats.
Maria and Enzo have transformed an abandoned airline terminal into an airy, bold restaurant with soaring ceilings and plenty of mood lighting.
Sounds weird, right? Yeah, well, it kind of is. But I was super impressed with how nice the dining room felt with all that S P A C E!

Benvenuto to Terralina Crafted Italian!
Terralina Crafted Italian is the newest restaurant in Disney Springs. The location itself is the former home to Portobello Country Italian Trattoria, which closed in The Landing of Disney Springs last year. But location isn’t the only thing that Terralina shares with what was previously Portobello. James Beard Award Winner Chef Tony Mantuano has returned to create Terralina’s menu, and he’s joined once more by Chef Justin Plank to run the kitchen. In fact, even a few favorite items from Portobello can be found on the Terralina menu.
With so many likenesses, then, what makes Terralina Crafted Italian stand on its own as a new option for dining in Disney Springs?
With the April 2017 closure of Portobello, the space that is now Terralina Crafted Italian underwent a multi-million dollar refurbishment.
The basic architectural structure of the building feels familiar, as you’ll note the rounded entrance way with the new Terralina Crafted Italian sign.

Remember the Bourbon Experience that kicked off in Disney Spring in May? It was a pairing opportunity featuring dishes at restaurants all across Disney Springs paired with various bourbon drinks.
And now, Disney Springs is preparing to help you pair barbecue and beer with the Brews and BBQ experience this summer!
So, how does it work? Guests 21 and older can pick up a Brews and BBQ Event Guide at the Disney Springs Welcome Center (or any of the participating locations) from June 29th through September 3rd, then take their pick of where they would like to pair! [Read more…]
Purchasing the Disney Dining Plan (or scoring free DDP!) for your Walt Disney World vacation can mean real value for your vacation dining — but some uses of those Disney Dining Plan credits (officially called entitlements) are better than others.
This time, it’s all about the one-credit table service Disney Dining Plan! We scour menus to try to find the monetary values, but we also consider food quality and the atmosphere in which guests dine. Because it doesn’t matter how much money you’re saving by using your credits if the restaurant’s environment and food are duds.
Easily one of the most spectacular restaurants in terms of decor and ambiance, Morimoto Asia in Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs also offers tremendous value. But the best part? The food is outstanding!
Dinner at Morimoto Asia is a signature affair and requires two DDP credits, but for 2018, lunch remains one credit — and it’s a credit very well spent! Some entrees here cost nearly $40, and there are plenty of options for alcoholic beverages if you’re looking to up your value even further.
Our handy (and portable!) ebook guides make sure you get the best deals and can plan a vacation of a lifetime.
