CEO Bob Iger commented on the rumors during the Q3 earnings call for Fiscal Year 2023, stating that he wouldn’t comment “on the future structure of the company or the asset makeup of the company.” He did say they are looking at all of their “strategic options” when it comes to things like linear networks and ESPN.
