We’ve got some really sad news out of Hersheypark in Pennsylvania.

This isn’t the first time we’ve gotten some bad news out of the park this year, either. Back in June, it was announced that the popular ride Tidal Force would be closing at the end of the summer 2026 season. Now, another closure has been announced. After 20 years, Hersheypark has canceled their Sweet Lights drive-through event.
There is one thing that we are constantly reminding our readers who have a Disney World trip coming up, and that’s to make sure you stay hydrated!

Drinking water while walking around in the hot Florida weather is so important. You can get free water cups from quick-service restaurants, but it is so much easier if you’re carrying a water bottle with you. In our opinion, Owala’s are up there for our favorite water bottles you can bring to the park. Which is great, because there are a TON on sale on Amazon right now.
