It’s HERE! The biggest weekend for Disney fans everywhere has finally arrived.

We’re live at Destination D23!

Destination d23 is the ultimate Disney fan weekend, and it’s gonna be HUGE. This exciting weekend event is where the biggest Disney fans tune in each year in person and online to hear exciting announcements about upcoming projects, get behind-the-scenes info about upcoming Disney projects, hear from special guest speakers, and more. Last year’s Destination D23 was an outpouring of news and updates, and this year’s lineup is looking just as jam-packed. We hope you’re ready, cause here we go!

NEWS: Livestream Schedule Released for MAJOR Disney Announcements

Destination D23 is coming up in less than two weeks, and we can’t wait to hear all the new and exciting news Disney has to give us.

Yes, you can follow along with our reporting all day since we’ll be at the event checking out all the offerings, but select panels will also be available via livestream, which D23 Gold Members can watch from home!

Major Disneyland News Could Be About to Drop

Disney World has been pretty busy recently after debuting this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom. However, it’s about to get EVEN BUSIER thanks to a major convention coming to the resort — and the results could affect Disney’s theme park resort out West!

Destination D23: A Journey Around the Worlds of Disney is a large fan event taking place at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Disney World from August 29th through 31st, 2025. This event usually sheds a ton of light on The Walt Disney Company’s long-term plans for its entertainment, parks, cruise line, and more. While this year’s event does not have a dedicated parks panel, it’s still possible we could learn a few tidbits regarding upcoming and ongoing projects at the Disneyland Resort!

CONFIRMED: Disney Releases FULL Schedule for Destination D23

Okay, so a lot is happening in Disney World this fall, and we couldn’t be more excited. The first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party starts on August 15th. The EPCOT Food and Wine Festival starts on August 28th. And Destination D23 starts on August 29th and runs through August 31st.

Now, we are particularly interested in Destination D23, which will happen at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, because this is an event where Disney generally makes a lot of BIG announcements. Destination D23 just dropped its full schedule, so let’s get into it (and get into what’s MISSING from that schedule).

First of all, for those who are NOT attending the event, consider this your warning: Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is going to be BUSY between August 29th and August 31st. The D23 event will be hosted at the resort, bringing together Disney fans, executives, Imagineers, and reporters to learn about the company’s future plans. While Universal’s Epic Universe is dominating the theme park conversation as it ushers in a new era of Universal theme park entertainment, we can’t help but wonder what’s next for another major Florida-based theme park resort — Disney World! garnering a lot of attention from theme park fans. A fifth park would certainly shift the focus back on Disney, and we have a guess as to when Disney could potentially drop this massive announcement.
