You might think that, as someone who has gone to Disney World for over 30 years, and by this point, I would have done everything there is to do, twice.
Magic Kingdom
Well, you would be wrong. I grew up close enough to Disney World that visits were pretty frequent in my childhood, and that tradition still continues today. Despite all of this, there are still plenty of things around the parks, hotels, and beyond I’ve yet to do, so I’m spilling my secrets.
I’m not trying to get all aggressive here, but some Disney World opinions are just wrong. “But Sam,” you say, “Doesn’t that defeat the whole purpose of an opinion?” And to that I say, hush.
Living with the Land
Yes, every Disney World fan has their favorite ride and, yes, they are well within their right to believe whatever they want. Just as I am well within my right to believe that there is only ONE Disney World attraction that stands out above the rest. Living with the Land at EPCOT is the greatest Disney World attraction of all time, and I will not be taking any questions at this time.

How much is too much? How much is too little? Are you REALLY going to need that? What if you need THIS but you don’t have it? It’s a tough call, but it’s one I make time after time as a Disney blog editor who travels to Disney World often. So, without further ado, here’s every essential I pack in my bag to travel to the parks!
Here at DFB, we know a thing or two about Disney World. And, I personally happen to know a thing or two about drinking at EPCOT. In fact, it’s one of my favorite things to do.
EPCOT
Some might consider me the resident expert on imbibing here at DFB (okay, or maybe I’m just the loudest about it), which is why I feel particularly qualified to tell you about the latest problem plaguing EPCOT — barflies. One World Showcase pavilion tends to attract them more than most, and we need to talk about it.
Believe it or not, being the editor of a digital media website that talks about Disney cupcakes all day is a full-time job.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Call me a bad Disney Adult if you’d like, but the truth is: there’s one Disney World attraction I’ve still never been on — and it’s not exactly one I’m in a hurry to ride anytime soon. I’m a HUGE ride junkie, too, so believe me when I say I have a very, very good — and very blunt — reason for not riding this Disney World ride.
While Pirates of the Caribbean may be synonymous with Magic Kingdom now, it wasn’t always that way. In fact, Pirates of the Caribbean wasn’t originally supposed to come to Disney World at all.

But, if you ask me — that would have been a huge mistake. I may be slightly biased considering that this swashbuckling adventure is quite possibly my favorite ride in Magic Kingdom (though it’s often a toss-up between Pirates and Haunted Mansion 👻), but can you even imagine what Adventureland would look like today if Pirates of the Caribbean wasn’t there? I shudder at the thought.
Drinking Around the World at EPCOT certainly isn’t new, but it has definitely surged in popularity in recent years.
But, how can you be sure you’re getting the best bang for your buck when it comes to the booze? Luckily for you, I happen to be a pro at doing Disney World on the cheap and also at drinking (for legal reasons, that’s a joke). Drinking Around the World at EPCOT can definitely add up quickly, so if you want to make sure you’re getting your money’s worth — here’s what to do.
