Flavors of Florida has officially kicked off at Disney Springs — and you don’t even need a park ticket for this food festival!
Culinary Demonstration
From June 27th to August 10th, 2025, eateries and restaurants all around Disney Springs are showcasing MORE THAN 90 limited-time dishes and drinks from 45+ restaurants for this event. Not only that, but there are multiple FREE culinary demonstrations hosted by Kroger you can attend — and we’re bringing you along as we experience one!
Summer is now in full swing at Disney World and we certainly can’t let the Disney parks have all the fun. We recently visited Disney Springs to try out a few of their offerings from Flavors of Florida and had a great time trying all the fresh new flavors.

There are dozens of seminars, demonstrations, and food and beverage pairings during the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, and with options from the Mexican Tequila Lunch to Parisian Breakfast, there’s something for everyone. Since football season has officially kicked off, we put on our game face and dusted off our touchdown dance to enjoy an evening at the Tailgate Tasting!

While we love spending time at the festival, hitting up all the great eats and drinks at Festival Booths, I also love to carve out a little time to attend a Culinary Demonstration or Beverage Seminar. And I have to say, of the two, the culinary demos are my favorite.
These Low Cost Events take place daily in the Chef’s Showcase at Festival Center, and offer guests a great opportunity to see a live cooking demonstration.

But even better, the events include a tasting portion of the dish that’s prepared during the demonstration, and usually include a beverage pairing as well.

We are still awaiting schedules for Culinary Demos and Beverage Seminars, and Hand On Workshops, we’re sharing a closer look at some of the fantastic events that we enjoyed at the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival.
While the Marketplace Booths are great for grazing and tasting food from all over the globe, we love the opportunity to take in Culinary Demonstrations — and possibly learn a little something new. In addition, it’s fun to check out suggested pairing. And you always leave a culinary demo armed with a brand new recipe.

I had an AWESOME time when I headed to Raglan Road in Downtown Disney for St. Paddy’s Day a couple of years ago, and since then the celebration has only gotten bigger and better!!
THIS year, Raglan Road is making plans for their four-day (!!!!) festival from March 14 – 17, featuring music, dancing, awesome food, and Irish traditions.
Get your green on! Guests can participate in festivities March 14 and 15 from 6 p.m. until 1:15 a.m. and March 16 and 17 from noon until 1:15 a.m.
On Saturday, March 16 and Sunday, St. Patrick’s Day guests will be seated on a first come, first served basis. Saturday, a cover charge of $5 will apply to each guest 18 and over; on Sunday, the cover charge is $10. Reservations can be booked on March 14 by 407-938-0300.
Top musicians and dancers will be performing on multiple stages creating a fun festival atmosphere, and there will be PLENTY of eats and suds to make your week even better! Let’s start with the good stuff…
With a selection of beers and authentic cuisine by Irish celebrity chef Kevin Dundon, the “Mighty Festival” is not-to-be-missed!
In a mighty culinary experience, Master Chef Kevin Dundon and Michelin star Chef Derry Clarke will showcase a lunch demonstration on Wednesday, March 13th, at 1PM. Cost is $55 per person with wine pairings; $45 without wine pairings, plus tax and gratuity. Tables in Wonderland Members will receive a 20% off discount!

On Sunday, October 24th, Matt and I headed back over to the Festival Center to see Robert Irvine’s Culinary Demonstration. Let’s just say it’s not quite what I anticipated!

On Saturday, October 23rd, Matt and I had the opportunity to see Andrew Zimmern’s Culinary Demonstration at the Festival Center of the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. We had seen him at last year’s demonstration and book signing, and he did not disappoint! He is a sincerely personable individual, and his stories are not only entertaining — you truly learn from him. It’s entertaining to watch him cook (as opposed to eating grubs and durian)!

What stood out to me not only last year, but this year as well, was the slight fear among guests that he would prepare bugs or the like for us.
