Believe it or not, Halloween season has officially started in Disney World.
Halloween is here!
In Magic Kingdom, we’ve seen adorable pumpkin decorations arrive on Main Street, U.S.A. Even Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party starts this month on August 11th and we’re counting down the days. We have also seen a new collection of Halloween merchandise hit the stores in Disney World, and there are a few items for sale that we know are going to be SUPER popular this year!
Although it’s only August, Disney is already gearing up for Halloween celebrations, as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party officially kicks off on August 12th. This party will bring a fireworks show, a parade, trick-or-treat stations, and villainous meet-and-greets to Magic Kingdom, not to mention all the new treats and snacks!
Halloween decorations to DIE for
Besides all the candy that guests can collect throughout the park, there will be new snacks, treats, and drinks at various restaurants and kiosks throughout Magic Kingdom. Some of these locations will also have special souvenirs, including popcorn buckets and souvenir cups — and now we know exactly WHICH collectibles will be arriving in Disney World for the occasion. The famous Poison Apple has been casting its spell in Disney World and Disneyland over the past several years during Halloween in several forms from Poison Caramel Apples, to Poison Apple glow cubes, to a new Not-So-Poison Apple Cupcake. And this year, you can scare up the latest incarnation in Disney World’s Animal Kingdom: it’s the Green Poison Apple Stein!
