The Walt Disney World Railroad recently reopened in Magic Kingdom after being closed for more than four years!
The train!
The train was forced to close so that construction could begin on TRON Lightcycle / Run, but now it is officially open for guests once again. It’s one of our favorite experiences in Magic Kingdom, especially since it takes you all around the park — giving you a prime view of other attractions, construction projects, and more. But, we think we may have figured out the exact WRONG time to take the train in Disney World!
When it comes to visiting Disney World, planning ahead might be the best advice we can give!

Not only will guests be able to ride TRON Lightcycle / Run after it opens on April 4th, but we also just learned it will be available via virtual queue and Individual Lightning Lane. Plus, we’ve also got new details and a sneak peek of the on-ride photo for TRON Lightcycle / Run, too!

From special events and merchandise to delicious eats and treats — there are plenty of events throughout the year where you can expect a good time. Right now, we’re enjoying Celebrate Soulfully events at the Disney parks, and are eating our way through the list that Disney released of eats and drinks for the month-long celebration!
In case you haven’t heard, the classic Disney World attraction, Splash Mountain, recently closed on January 22nd, 2023.
One final ride
Fans and Cast Members alike were there to bid the ride adieu, buy the last souvenirs, and wait in long, long lines for one last splash down the mountain. But, it looks like some fans took their devotion to the next level and appeared to have saved some of the water from the ride’s final day — and now you can BUY it online (because of course you can!).
Despite price increases happening a little too often for our liking, there are still ways to save on your Disney World vacation.

In fact, Disney just announced quite a few deals and perks that might encourage you to plan a trip. A new Dining Card Promo was revealed that provides guests with money to spend at select Disney World restaurants when booking a hotel and tickets together in a package. Not only that, but there are room discounts available for Florida Residents, Annual Passholders, and regular resort guests.
