You will probably walk 7 to 10 miles during a full day visiting a Disney World park or Disney Springs. There is so much ground to cover getting to and from all of the fun stuff and yummy food everywhere! The average American walks 1.5 to 2 miles per day, according to the Mayo Clinic, so a Disney World trip can be a shock to your system!
With the millions of people that go to Disney World each year, not everyone you meet is going to be all butterflies and rainbows all the time. And, honestly, none of us are! We totally understand getting frustrated in certain moments – you’re hot, you’re tired, and your feet hurt, which makes it easier to get upset about little things. You also most likely spent a LOT of money to be at Disney World, and want to make sure you’re having the best time as possible.
But, having a moment of frustration is MUCH different than just being straight up rude to the people around you. People like this really put a damper on the magical experience for everyone else, but, you should be prepared for the kinds of people you might encounter that are not so pleasant. So, let’s talk about the WORST people you will meet in Disney World.
In Disney World, the phrase “time is money” takes on a very literal meaning. Many people are willing to pay for Genie+ in order to save time by skipping the lines at some attractions. Some people stay at Disney World-owned hotels because of the added bonus of 30 extra minutes each morning in the theme parks. But there are some ways to save time without spending any extra cash!
One of those ways to save time is by using Mobile Order to purchase food from select restaurants on the My Disney Experience app, and then you can skip the line and just pick up your food when it’s ready.
