However, this news is particularly for those folks who want to stay on property but prefer to stay at the hotels that AREN’T owned and operated by Disney, one of the most popular being the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts. Despite the name, these hotels are owned by Marriott, not Disney! And while there are already tons of Disney World park perks for staying at these hotels, a NEW perk has been announced that coffee drinkers will love.

We recently stayed at Evermore Resort, a massive new 1 BILLION dollar luxury resort near Disney World in Orlando and it’s safe to say it BLEW OUR MINDS! We were so impressed that it had us wondering — can we ever stay on-property at Disney World again?
Staying at a Disney-owned hotel for your upcoming vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth can get quite expensive, which is why some visitors choose to stay at hotels that are still on Disney property but are owned by other hotel companies.

Some of these hotels are called Good Neighbor Hotels, meaning the people staying there get some of the same perks as those staying at Disney-owned hotels (like Early Entry at the theme parks). These can be a great lower-cost option for staying at Disney World. Some of these Good Neighbor Hotels are located near Disney Springs, offering quick access to tons of entertainment and dining options. However, if you’re looking to stay at the B Resort & Spa soon, you need to know that it’s changing hands.
One of the biggest advantages of staying at a Disney World hotel is not the ambiance of Disney magic (although that is pretty amazing), but the free perks that come along with the reservation!
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort
You get free transportation almost anywhere around Disney property (can’t go from Disney Springs to the parks though), but you also get Early Entry into the four parks on any given day! If you’re heading to Disney World in 2025, these are the hotels that will give you Early Entry perks.
For some Disney World guests, a Disney resort is an ESSENTIAL part of the overall vacation experience. But for others? Staying DIRECTLY with Disney isn’t all that important. Actually, they might even find themselves BETTER OFF without a reservation on Disney World property.
