Yes, it’s August, but the Halloween decorations have arrived in Magic Kingdom, the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has happened, and Halloween snacks have hit the parks! So that officially makes it spooky season, right? While we’ve been busy enjoying all the Halloween festivities, we’ve also popped into the Disney World hotels to see what’s new!
Choosing a hotel is one of the most difficult choices to make during the Disney World trip planning process. Is budget more important? Or is it location? Restaurants??

Disney World hotels can offer you a variety of experiences and can keep the magic going once you leave the parks! Disney’s Grand Floridian Hotel just got some new studios and villas, and the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is back at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort! There’s a new hotel coming to the Disney Springs area, and we just got a closer look at what it’s gonna look like!
There are lots of hotels to choose from in Disney World — more than 20, in fact! The hotels range from Value resorts like Disney’s Pop Century Resort to Deluxe resorts like Disney’s Riviera Resort. Some of the biggest and fanciest hotel rooms on property are the Disney Vacation Club villas and studios, which are located at several different Deluxe resorts.

Disney Vacation Club members have access to these rooms, but the general public can also book the villas and studios — they just usually cost more than the average Disney hotel room.
