It’s a great time to be a fan of Moana as Disney has released the trailer for the film’s sequel AND announced plans to make a live-action version of the film. We have been glued to our seats waiting for any announcements pertaining to the live-action remake and we FINALLY have confirmation on who will play the heroic title character!

What’s really neat is when we find out that a star from a Disney movie got to visit their character or movie attraction, which is what just happened recently in EPCOT!

We’ve seen lots of Moana influence in the Disney World parks in everything from the revised Fantasmic! show-themed snacks, a dedicated attraction, and even a few meet-and-greet locations.
