Disney and ESPN have announced a yearlong celebration, “The Year of the Super Bowl,” ahead of ESPN’s first Super Bowl production in 2027. While we’ve already seen part of the new campaign, ESPN just revealed a TON more details about what this celebration will bring!

Disney’s ESPN and the NFL are entering into a new type of relationship. It was just announced that the NFL is now becoming a minority owner of ESPN. What could this mean for the future of the NFL or ESPN? Will there be new experiences for sports fans? Let’s take a look at the details!

If you are a football fan, and we’re assuming a Disney fan as well, you’re going to be hyped to hear that Disney+ is teaming up with the FL yet again to bring a fun “altcast” to the streaming service. Monsters Funday Football is hitting your screens, and while it may not be the Scare Games, it’ll be just as entertaining — let’s take a look at the details!
It is a good time to be a Swiftie. Not only are we able to stream The Eras Tour on Disney+ over and over (guilty), but we also have a brand new album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” dropping on October 4th.

Of course, Taylor Swift, being the “Mastermind” that she is, also dropped some big news after releasing all those special edition pre-orders for the new album. The singer and songwriter announced that she and her Kansas City Chiefs football-playing fiancé, Travis Kelce, were engaged! Now, there is a lot of speculation about whether she will perform at the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show, and it’s starting to look like it’s possible!
