Pixar’s latest space adventure is headed to our homes!

Disney Pixar’s Elio released to theatres on June 20th, 2025, and now it’s time to take it into the comfort of our own homes! Let’s take a look at the details.
Pixar has been releasing beloved films for as long as we can remember, and we’re SO ready to catch the newest Pixar movie, Elio, in theaters soon.

Of course, we’ve got Toy Story 5 to look forward to, but these aren’t the only projects that Pixar currently has up its sleeves. According to Variety, DisneyPixar’s Chief Creative Officer, Pete Docter, just released an ENTIRELY new list of upcoming projects, and one is a movie called Gatto, which is, yes, ABOUT A CAT.
Disney’s Inside Out 2 has been one of the biggest movies of the year and even broke some box office records.
The emotions
If you had a chance to see the movie in theaters, you’ll know it revolves around a teen Riley (who we met in the first Inside Out movie) dealing with some NEW emotions that come with getting older, like anxiety. Now, we know a lot of folks grabbed the movie when it became available to buy digitally and on physical media. However, many of us have been waiting to find out when the movie will premiere on Disney+. Well, we now have an answer — and it’s SOON!
It’s safe to say that Disney’s new Inside Out 2 movie was a BIG hit. Like, a really, really big hit.

Inside Out 2 premiered on June 14th, and we were among the THOUSANDS of Disney fans who filled up our popcorn buckets and kicked up our feet as we enjoyed the new movie. (Shoutout to Disney for making sure our kids all have the emotional vocabulary none of us had when we were their age. LOL.)
Now that we’ve seen this film in theaters, we’re ready for round two — couch edition! Yes, we’re already thinking about when we’ll get to watch it again on Disney+ in the comfort of our homes and fuzzy slippers. Let’s talk about it!
