We’ve got some exciting news for you Disney Princess fans heading to Disney World
Princesses!
Not only do the princesses have cavalcades in Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, but we often see them interacting with guests in both parks.
If you follow the latest Disney merchandise releases, you’ve probably heard of the Stitch Crashes Disney collection!
He’s HUGE!
The fan-favorite blue alien is crashing different movies throughout this entire year including Beauty and the Beast, Lady and the Tramp, The Lion King, and more. Although we’ve seen some really scary Stitch plushes (we’re looking at YOU red-eyed Stitch!), there have been some pretty cute collections. Now, the newest collection is available online!
Disneyland spent most of last year closed due to the global pandemic. So its guests didn’t really get much of a 65th anniversary party, although Disney did release a ton of 65th anniversary merchandise.
Happy birthday, Disneyland!
Disneyland reopened several months ago, though, and today marks its 66th anniversary! And so far, we’ve celebrated with a very well-dressed caramel apple. But Disneyland also ended up throwing a party during a special cavalcade today!
We LOVE finding Disney Princess themed treats around the parks!

We still dream about the Rapunzel-inspired Lost Princess Cone, the Cinderella’s Carriage cake was super unique, and the iconic grey stuff made all of our Beauty and the Beast dreams come true! And we recently found a NEW princess treat in Disneyland that we need to tell you about because it’s SO FUN.
Disney just announced that a Disney-themed exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City!

The Met has never hosted a Disney exhibit, so this is set to be the first EVER in the iconic art museum! The exhibit will showcase a unique perspective on Walt Disney’s animation and sources of inspiration for his work. [Read more…]

This year, we’ve been following along with the Stitch Crashes Disney monthly merchandise series in which our favorite blue abomination crashes our favorite Disney movies. This has resulted in a spaghetti-covered Stitch, a wooden Stitch, and even a creepy bug-covered Stitch. Now, we’re looking ahead to what’s to come for this series!
If there’s one thing Disneyland has totally nailed ever since A Touch of Disney, it has got to be their character interactions! We’ve been consistently impressed by the unique ways guests can say “hello” to their favorite characters — after all, we have a lot to catch up on from the last year apart!
