The Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure happens each holiday season at the Disneyland Resort! The 2018 Festival is planned for November 9, 2018 through January 6, 2019!
The Festival of Holidays celebrates the season with special entertainment, music, and FOOD!
It’s a beautiful time of year to be in Disney California Adventure!
In 2016, Fourteen Festival Marketplace Booths debuted along with the Festival, featuring everything from global bites to comfort foods to traditional holiday goodies. In 2017, there were 13 Festive Marketplace Booths. We expect a similar number of booths this year!

Princess Elena’s Musical Grand Arrival
Princess Elena of Avalor’s Musical Grand Arrival took place around Paradise Bay several times each day. The Princess will arrive on a magical float and share songs and stories from her native land. We expect Princess Elana to again be part of this year’s Festival.
Meet Santa Claus
Meet the Big Guy himself — Santa Claus! — at Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. We are awaiting dates for 2018.
Santa’s elves have turned Redwood Creek Challenge Trail into a festive playground full of games and outdoor activities.
Starting December 25th through the end of the Festival, Santa Goofy will take Santa’s place for photos.
Three Kings Day
During the final days of the Festival, Disneyland will also celebrate Three Kings Day, El Día de los Reyes Magos. Latin American traditions will be honored in this three day celebration which will also include Childrens’ Activities (including custom crown decorating) and beautiful displays. Also be on the lookout for Rosca de Reyes, a traditional circular cake (yours might include a baked-in surprise!).
World of Color — Season of Light
The Festival of Holidays features a holiday version of the nighttime spectacular, World of Color — Season of Light.
