The thing about Disney World is that there are just SO many details to admire and take in that it’s almost overwhelming at times!
From the fun Ratatouille-inspired details we’ve noticed in the expanded France pavilion at EPCOT to spotting an astronaut pup while dining at Space 220, Disney World is full of fun surprises. And some of those surprises come in the form of a certain mouse named MICKEY!
Yes, we’re talking about Hidden Mickeys, which is part of a fun game that many of us play when we visit Disney World. We’ve literally spent hours — and days — searching for them all. And Disney Imagineers have NOT made it easy at times. For example, there’s a Hidden Mickey in the Tower of Terror that can only really be seen when the emergency lights are on.
And sometimes, they’re not so subtle to find, but we still get excited seeing those details. And we’re always happy when our readers point them out to us, too — y’all seriously have some good eyes! Recently, DFB Reader @amaandaaa___ sent us photos of a really fun Hidden Mickey!
Next time you’re in line for Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, look up at the lighting fixtures. What do YOU see? There’s a beautiful scrolled pattern on the sides of the light. But wait… .
How about a closer look…now do you see it? Do you see the Hidden Mickey in that seemingly random design! He’s right there!
How cool is that little detail? And we’re sure there are plenty of other Hidden Mickeys we haven’t spotted yet just hiding under our noses! But we’ll let you know when we find them! So next time you’re in line for Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, make sure you look up! 😊
