Tiffins
Tiffins in Africa has a new 50th Anniversary dessert item! This dessert is a Lemon Meringue Pie which is ginger-lemon curd, lemon gel, madeline cake, graham cracker cookie, and lemon-basil sauce. It is $13.

There was a different 50th Celebration dessert, the Chocolate Gateaux, which became so popular that it became a permanent menu item.
Pizzafari, Flame Tree Barbecue, and Restaurantosaurus
There’s a new Turning Red cupcake available at Pizzafari, Flame Tree Barbecue, AND Restaurantosaurus! It is available at each of these locations for $5.99.

Caravan Road
Over at Caravan Road, we spotted a new item on the menu. It is called Kakigori and it is Japanese shaved ice dessert flavored with watermelon and sweetened condensed milk.

It is available for $4.99 and for $11, you can can get it with vodka added.

Rafiki’s Planet Watch
When we took the train over to Rafiki’s Planet Watch, we noticed that there were some new signs on display that guests pass while on the train.

There are signs with pictures of animals on them, as well as posters for the Magic of Disney’s Animal Kingdom show on Disney+.

Once we got to Rafiki’s Planet Watch and headed inside, we noticed that there was a window blocked off inside the building.

This is likely due to maintenance being done on the window or on the other side.
Animal Kingdom Merchandise Updates
Riverside Depot
Over at Riverside Depot, we spotted this new spirit jersey for pets!
You can match with your dog!
It is the orange ombre spirit jersey that we’ve seen an adult version of in the parks already. The pet version is available for $39.99.
Discovery Trading Company
At Discovery Trading Company, we spotted this weighted Groot plush that we’ve previously seen in the Creations Shop in EPCOT.

This guy is $29.99 and joins several other characters in the weighted plush line-up.
Windtraders
Heading over to Pandora, we stopped by Windtraders and spotted a new pin!

This pin is $16.99 and is made to look like night and day on Pandora, which is a design that we’ve seen on other items in Windtraders.
