Disney's New Popcorn Bucket is Banged-Up and Rusty, But You'll Want It Anyway!

We’ve celebrated Disney World’s 50th anniversary, Disneyland Paris’ 30th anniversary, and Pandora — World of Avatar’s 5th anniversary, and now, Disneyland Resort is joining the fun!

Cars Land at Disney California Adventure

This year marks the 10th anniversary of Cars Land opening in Disney California Adventure Park! There are so many ways to celebrate the occasion, with Car-acter meet and greets, photo ops, food, merchandise, and of course — rides! And speaking of rides, one character, who has an attraction themed after him in Cars Land, also got his own popcorn bucket to celebrate the special occasion and it’s something you’ve GOT to see!

Tow Mater’s voice may be the first thing you hear when you enter Cars Land, as his attraction, Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree, is right at the entrance! Plus, he’s one of the beloved characters from the Cars film franchise, with some seriously hilarious lines throughout the films.

That’s why it makes perfect sense for the anniversary’s popcorn bucket to be themed after him! His ride is currently being refurbished, so you won’t be able to hear his singing today, but the ride is set to reopen very soon.
